A few things about our pricing

You’ll know the cost before we start.

For repair and IT work, we’ll give you the total, including parts, before we do the work. For larger projects, you’ll get a written quote first.

Parts are separate from labor.

We bill parts at cost. Ask and we’ll put the part and its price in writing before we order.

One hourly rate, plus travel if we come to you.

Labor is $70/hr with a one-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments. On-site adds a $40 travel fee, so the first hour is $110. A quick remote fix under an hour is $40.

Follow-up is part of the job.

If the same issue comes back within two weeks, get in touch and we’ll sort it out remotely at no additional charge. A new issue, or one that needs another visit, is billed normally.

Discounts are available.

Active-duty military, teachers, and customers 60 and older receive 10% off.

Pay however works for you.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, checks, cash, and online Square invoices.
