On-site service adds a $40 travel fee to our $70/hr labor rate, so the first hour is $110. If your computer can be brought to us instead, drop-off is $70/hr with no travel fee.
Remote help from anywhere
Many software problems can be handled remotely, and services like managed IT, web design, and technical documentation aren’t limited by location.
If we don’t need to be physically in front of your computer or equipment, you don’t need to be in South Austin.
