How IT service works
1. Tell us what’s going on
Give us a call or send us a note, and we’ll help you figure out what service you need.
2. Make an appointment
Drop-off is $70/hr with a one-hour minimum. We can also come to you! On-site jobs carry a $40 travel fee and we travel up to 30 miles.
3. We’ll quote you
You’ll know the cost of parts + labor before we do the work. We never go ahead with a job if it isn’t cost effective for our customers.
4. Get back up and running
Most jobs are finished the same or next day. If you have any follow-up questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
